Indian Air Force Airmen Group Y Recruitment 2025 – Medical Assistant Trade
The Indian Air Force (IAF) is recruiting Airmen in Group Y (Non‑Technical) for the Medical Assistant Trade. Recruitment is via a rally from 29 January to 6 February 2025 at Maharaja’s College Ground, Kochi, Kerala. Eligible male Indian and Gorkha (Nepalese) candidates can participate directly at the rally—no previous online application required.

- Region: Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Puducherry, Lakshadweep
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English ≥50% aggregate and in English
- OR Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy with 50% aggregate + valid Pharmacy Council registration
- Age (as per birthdate eligibility):
- 10+2 candidates: Born between 3 July 2004 – 3 July 2008
- Pharmacy Diploma/B.Sc:
- Unmarried: Born between 3 July 2001 – 3 July 2006
- Married: Born between 3 July 2001 – 3 July 2004
- Gender: Male (Indian & Gorkha only)
- Application Fee: Nil (free rally)
🚀 Selection Process
- Document Verification before PFT
- Physical Fitness Test: 1.6 km in 6m30s, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats
- Written Test: Objective questions based on qualification
- Adaptability Test-II: Checks suitability for military life
- Medical Examination: As per IAF medical standards
💵 Stipend & Salary
- Training Stipend: ₹14,600/month
- Post-Training Salary: ₹26,900/month + allowances

- Pharmacy registration (if applicable)
- ID proof & 4 passport photos
