Federal Bank has released the Associate Officer (Sales) Recruitment 2025 Notification. Eligible candidates can apply online between 25th August 2025 and 3rd September 2025. The online test is tentatively scheduled for 21st September 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (Born on or after 01 August 1998)
- Education: Graduate with minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th/Diploma, and Graduation
- Nationality: Indian Citizens
- Domicile: Gujarat, Telangana, West Bengal, or Delhi NCR
- Driving License: Must hold a valid 2/4 wheeler driving license (Learner’s not accepted)
Application Fee
₹350 (plus GST & transaction charges). Payment can be made via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Internet Banking.
Selection Process
- Centre-based Online Aptitude Test
- Behavioral Assessment (~15 minutes)
- Personal Interview (or additional rounds if required)

- Annual CTC: ₹4.59 – ₹6.19 Lakh
