đ Eligibility Criteria:
1. Faculty:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate degree (MSW/M.A. in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc./B.A. with B.Ed. preferred)
- Computer knowledge essential
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
2. Office Assistant:
- Graduate in any discipline with basic knowledge of computer
- Should be proficient in local language and English
3. Attender/Sub-Staff:
- Minimum 8th Pass
- Should be able to read and write the local language
4. Watchman/Gardener:
- Minimum 7th Pass
- Preference for candidates with gardening/agriculture experience
