✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Maximum Age: 65 years as on 31 Jan 2025
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from a UGC-recognized university
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in banking, including 15 years as an officer and 3 years as a Branch Manager/Field Officer
- Preference: Experience in agriculture and rural development sectors
💰 Salary and Tenure
- Remuneration: ₹15,000/month or pension amount (whichever is lower)
- Other Allowance: ₹500/month (mobile/conveyance)
- Contract Period: 1 year (renewable)
- Leave: 15 days per year (max 2 days/month)
