Eligibility (as on 01 Aug 2025)
1) Legal Officer
- Age: 35–65 years
- Qualification: Degree in Law; enrolled with Bar Council
- Experience: 10+ years as Law/Legal Officer in SCBs/AIFIs or equivalent; RE/infrastructure loan documentation preferred
2) Remote Sensing & GIS Analyst
- Age: 21–45 years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Remote Sensing & GIS/Geoinformatics/Geomatics) with 60% OR M.Sc/M.Tech/ME (same streams) with 55%
- Experience: 2+ years in image processing / GIS applications (Agri/Hydrology/Watershed/Water Resources); tools like ArcGIS/ERDAS/QGIS
3) Software Developer
- Age: 21–45 years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech (CS/CE/IT) with 60% OR M.Tech/ME (CS/CE/IT) with 55%
- Experience: 2+ years in web/app development (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, React Native, Android Studio, etc.)
Compensation (CTC, per annum)
- Legal Officer: ₹24–30 lakh
- Remote Sensing & GIS Analyst: ₹12–19.20 lakh
- Software Developer: ₹12–24 lakh
Contract & Benefits
- Tenure: 2 years; extendable up to 5 years (yearly review)
- Leave: 30 days/year (pro-rata)
- Posting: NABARD Head Office, Mumbai
- Selection: Shortlisting → Interview → Medical fitness
