Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Risk Management from a recognized university.
- Preferred certifications: FRM (GARP), PRM (PRMIA), CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- At least 5 years in senior-level risk management.
Age Limit (as on 01 June 2025):
- Minimum Age: 40 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop risk strategy, policy, and risk limits for the bank.
- Oversee credit, market, and operational risk management.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines on risk governance.
- Report to the board and risk committee on risk exposures.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience.
- Interview conducted by the selection committee.
